• Due to the nature of my handmade product I cannot accept returns or exchanges. 
• We have a 30-day warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If you discover any issues, simply reach out and I will gladly repair or replace the necklace at no cost to you. In addition, if your necklace ever breaks or has any wear issues and needs restringing, you can send it to me and I will restring at no charge.

• Always store your jewelry in a pouch after each wear, so it doesn't get scratched or tangled.
• Keep lotion, perfume, sunscreen and hairspray from getting on your necklace.
• Remove all jewelry before being active or starting any exercise.
• Do not wear your necklace in the shower, pool or ocean. The chemicals and salt will wear on the silk thread.
• Carefully wipe your necklace with a soft cloth to keep your jewelry shiny.

Some of the gemstones we use may undergo enhancement or stabilization processes to enhance their natural color and durability, however I never use imitation or synthetic gemstones.
