Refund policy

Hello!
Thank you for your interest in The Necklace Studio! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about any of the products on the website.

All of the products on my website are made by me in my studio. Quality and durability of my hand knotted necklaces are my utmost priority and I pride myself on making the best product I can for my customers. If you are unhappy about any aspect of your necklace please let me know and I will be happy to make it right. My goal is to have you love your purchase.

Warranty
The Necklace Studio has a 30-day warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If you discover any issues, simply reach out and I will gladly repair or replace the necklace at no cost to you.

In addition, if your necklace ever breaks or has any wear issues from one year of purchase and needs restringing, you can send it to me and I will restring at no charge.

Returns and Exchanges
If you're not in love with your piece, you can return it within 5 days of delivery for store credit.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Custom designs and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Email us at laura@thenecklacestuido.com to start a return with your order number and reason for return. I'll guide you through the next steps.

If you'd prefer a different item or color, I’d be happy to help you exchange it (as long as it's in stock).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once I’ve receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.

Custom Orders
A custom order is not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you should have any issue with your custom order, please contact me at laura@thenecklacestuido.com. See my custom order page for all the information needed to start a custom order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
