• Due to the nature of my handmade product I cannot accept returns or exchanges. 
• We have a 30-day warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If you discover any issues, simply reach out and I will gladly repair or replace the necklace at no cost to you.
• Each necklace has a year guarantee against breakage and/or wear issues. Ship it to me and I will restring it for you at no charge. After a year there is a small charge for restringing.

• Always store your jewelry in a pouch after each wear, so it doesn't get scratched or tangled.
• Keep lotion, perfume, sunscreen and hairspray from getting on your necklace.
• Remove all jewelry before being active or starting any exercise.
• Do not wear your necklace in the shower, pool or ocean. The chemicals and salt will wear on the silk thread.
• Carefully wipe your necklace with a soft cloth to keep your jewelry shiny.

Some of the gemstones we use may undergo enhancement or stabilization processes to enhance their natural color and durability, however I never use imitation or synthetic gemstones.
