• We are dedicated to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders ship one week after design approval.
• All orders are shipped for free via USPS priority mail with tracking information. Delivery time depends on your location.
• Not in love with your necklace?  You can return it within 5 days of delivery for store credit. Custom designs and sale items are not eligible for return.

• Always store your jewellery in a pouch after each wear, so it doesn't get scratched or tangled.
• Keep lotion, perfume, sunscreen and hairspray from getting on your necklace.
• Remove all jewellery before showering, swimming, being active, or starting any exercise.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe your necklace after wearing.

Some of the gemstones we use may undergo enhancement or stabilization processes to enhance their natural color and durability, however I never use imitation or synthetic gemstones.
